The Result for the Crawley 12 hour track race

I am so tired I can hardly type but I know some of my friends and colleagues want to know the result. In total I ran:

100,795 metres or for the Brits and Americans amongst mt readership, 62.63 miles and came eigth in the 12 hour field....cool

    Fantastic achievement well done. I was Kn**kered after 22 mile miles yesterday. What you have achieved is a testament to the hours of training and dedication. You deserve a rest and a few Ciders!
