Running in temperatures of -2 C can be quite uncomfortable so as I approach my 45 mile ultra on Saturday I have decided that the razor stays firmly in the pot on the sink. This is in a vain hope that the fuzz will protect my face a little for the projected 8-9 hour run.
Somehow I have a feeling that I won't quite look like Sir Ranulph Feines on the left during the run but it will certainly be cold at the weekend so every little thing will help.

The weather forecast for Sunday predicts a clear sunny day and a tropical 6°c, you may need to pack your sunblock :)
