This one has been provided by Richard S whilst we were on an excellent 23 mile trail run between Westerham and Forest Row after there was much discussion about the horrific bouts of pain in my hamstrings which seemed to move to one tendon to the other like a game of ping-pong! Well done Richard, a great word.
