Two weeks to go

This was the Likeys 40 mile ultra yesterday in almost exactly the same route as we are doing on 3rd December....to say I am a little excited is an understatement.

    Indeed a very beautiful place to run .... but 40 miles are a very long distance. Good luck.

    No...we won't be going to the top to Fan y Big but skirting around the edge from the South, West and then the North
