The course looks good, I see that they have thrown St Paul's Wood Hill in the mix, not the worst hill in the world but it is about a mile long and a leg sapping little number and at mile 20 it will test the fittest of runners.
Last year's entry only had 25 people running it so it is a very low key event for a good cause and I am looking forward to it, even if was a whim this evening and happened upon it on Runners World. I have a feeling there maybe a few more yellow shirts there on the day.
