Oh Dear

Everything was great after the run last night, a good hot bath got rid of the post run aches and pains but this morning it was a little bit more sinister with my left knee hurting. It is not a joint thing but I have a feeling I may have twisted it slightly when I stumbled on a root at dusk.

I have put on a knee support just to give it a rest. These things are amazing as you can actually feel it keeping the area warm and a slight throbbing supposedly where the swelling is. I've taken some ibuprofen and hope a little TLC will help me through this.
