What did you say?

Since getting over my chest and throat infection two weeks ago I have had real problems with a slight deafness in my right ear. I have tried all forms of remedy from decongestants, Obas oil with hot water as an inhalant and ear wax dispersal liquid but the loss of hearing remains.

I don't think it necessary to go to the Doctor at the moment as all books and internet pages tell me that this is quite common and it can take up to 2 weeks for it to come back to normal but I never realised how frustrating hearing loss can be especially with the distortion in sound perception.
